This survey questionnaire is ONLY for WOMEN WHO HAD EPILEPSY WHILE THEY WERE PREGNANT AND WHO HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ONE OR MORE PREGNANCIES THAT RESULTED IN GIVING BIRTH

  • This survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

  • We ask that each participant complete only one questionnaire.

  • This survey is ANONYMOUS and NO PERSONAL INFORMATION is required.

  • Please do not skip any questions.

  • If a question Does not apply, please select "Does not apply" and move on to the next question.

  • All information provided will be processed (totals, percentages, rates, and correlations) and made available some time after 2011 on www.womenwithepilepsy.org.

The survey is CLOSED. 500 WWE in this target group participated. Currently, the survey data is being evaluated. Thank you so much for your interest and/or participation. Once the data has been evaluated, I will post the results online as promised.
